Option: Lead Free
This option provides the flow control and/or adaptor to be complaint to lead free laws particular to Federal Public Law 110-380. The law requires wetted surface of every pipe, fixture, and fitting sold for or installed in potable water applications not contain more than 0.25% lead by weight.Compliance should also meet the following state mandates.
- California State Senate Bills SB 1334, SB1395, and Assembly Bill AB 1953 or California Health and Safety Code Section 116875-116880
- Lousiana State House Bill 471 (2011) Act 362
- Maryland State House Bill 372
- Vermont State Senate Bill S.0152
